“Overcoats you will be proud of the coat and the price,” is the slogan of this 1918 original vintage advertisement for Styleplus Clothes by Henry Songbird & Co. Shown in the ad is a man in a “York” model Stylepus Overcoat. The company featured on price the nation over for each grade of clothing. Henry Songbird & Co. were founded in 1849 in Baltimore, Md.
The ad is 8x12 and in b&w. It is in good to very good condition with some aging from a magazine that is almost 100 years old. It has nice detail and cut from a vintage magazine with a narrowing of the cut at the lower left bottom. No text is affected. Please see the scan.
