“And everywhere that Mary went her home was bright and cherry with glass designed for happiness“ is the theme of this 1942 WW2 Era original vintage advertisement by Libbey Owens Ford Glass. The ad features a neat vintage photo of a mother in kitchen with some at the table.
A BONUS is another ad on the opposite side the same page for G&W Five Star Whiskey. Shown in the ad is the Canadian Armored Crops’ Side Arms and Beret, with Crest, along with the G&W.
The ads are 10x14 and in color. They are in very good condition with some edge aging.
REMEMBER: these are NOT 2 separate items but the front and back of a SINGLE page. They are both being listed because of possible multiple interests or topics.
Vintage advertisements and articles are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgia look and unique eye-appeal. They also are suitable for framing and are becoming more scarce as the supply of vintage paper products continues to decrease. Please note this is an original, vintage product advertisement and NOT a reproduction.
