“Louisiana Purchase is a good example of escapist farce fro wartime public,“ is the theme of this 1942 WW2 Era original vintage feature with new and pictures from the film. The film stars Victor Moore, Vera Zorina, Phyllis Ruth, Bob Hope and Dona Drake who appears in a swimsuit with her dog on the back of the page. This page is 10x14.
A BONUS is another ad on the opposite side the same page for Martin’s V.V.O. Blended Scotch Whiskey. The ad is 5.5x14. On the other part of the page is the photo of Dona Drake in swimsuit with her cocker spaniel. Please see the scans.
The ads are in very good condition with some edge aging. They will be sent uncut on the original page they appeared.
