“It’s still a bright idea to choose a Steinway” is the theme of this 1975 original vintage advertisement for Steinway & Sons pianos. The ad features a fictitious note from Thomas Edison who would surely choose a Steinway if he were alive today and a connection to the founder, Henry E. Steinway who started to build the pianos 120 years earlier.
The ad is 8x11 and in very good condition with nice detail. Please see the scan.
Vintage advertisements and articles are becoming more and more collectible for their nostalgia look and unique eye-appeal. They also are suitable for framing and are becoming scarcer as the supply of vintage paper products continues to decrease. Please note this is an original, vintage product advertisement and NOT a reproduction.
